Do the color blocking for your Landscape paintings. This category may prove to be a bit of a challenge, as there is a lot to think about. Try focusing on composition, as this will be a major factor in any painting of this scale. Take your time, and have fun moving into this last lesson! 

Move into the rough painting stage for your Landscape scenes. Keep thinking about composition—just because you may have solved some of these issues in the previous stage doesn't mean there isn't necessarily anything else to improve. Mood, lighting and color choices are also something to start thinking about.

Add in any details, lighting or compositional changes that might be necessary to bring your Landscapes to a finished (or nearly finished) state. Consider the scale of your image, and how much detail might be needed in certain areas. Because of how zoomed out the image will be, some places may not need as much detail as you think!

Do the final checks for your Landscape paintings, making any fixes or adding any last-minute new ideas that might improve their final look. This is the last set of paintings in the course, so take your time and give it your all!

For extra credit, try creating another painting from scratch—going from sketch all the way through final checks—to test your newfound skills! This could be another Landscape, or a painting from any of the categories we've previously covered.
