Figure Sketching Basics

Since this is not brainstorm sketch yet, I made random characters from imagination (with references of course). As you can tell, I'm not very comfortable with character and the human figure but well... I tried. The more I sketch, the more I get more ideas for these characters. Good thing that this is still free form costume design, once there's specification, that's where it takes the generic hit. Well, let's see how it will turn out on the next assignment.
